There is no need for real-time communication to take place and it acts as a support for both the diagnosis and treatment procedure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote Patient Monitoring: A range of methods allow a treatment team to review a patient\u2019s health virtually. Four typical applications are data measurement\/collection apps, wearable tech, data transmitters and home-based remote monitoring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-benefits-of-using-telehealth\">Benefits of Using Telehealth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-enhance-communication-via-remote-monitoring\">1. Enhance Communication via Remote Monitoring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hospitals and health systems are always trying to identify new ways to communicate with their patients without requiring them to attend an appointment physically.
