Title XVIII of the Social Security Act bill

Widening coverage for telehealth services for chronic conditions such as CHF and  COPD is the aim of Amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act, aka “Helping Expand Access  to  Rural Telemedicine Act of  2017“.
