Before you begin

Use bare skin and a quiet environment so bowel sounds are not masked by movement or background noise.

Step by step

Turn on the N9+ device, open the app, and sign in.

Choose the patient from the Member Dashboard and tap Take Exam.

Select Abdomen from the exam list.

Check the app noise indicator before proceeding.

Review the positioning tutorial and start the exam.

Place the sensor at the highlighted point and keep it still through the countdown.

If the noise indicator is too high, quiet the room and repeat the affected recording as needed.

Review the completed point and save it before continuing.

Complete all requested abdominal points and save the exam.

Confirm that the abdominal exam is listed as complete.
